Chef Donald Wilson's love for food began at sixteen at Little Rock's celebrated LaScala & The Afterthought Restaurant — where he rose from dishwasher to Chef de Cuisine in just two years.

He went on to train at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York before refining his craft in Atlanta's most acclaimed kitchens and founding Landon's Restaurant and Bar.

Today, Chef Donald channels that same artistry into DW Catering Co. — a boutique, full-service experience built on one belief: every event deserves the same care as a chef's table dinner.
