Chef Donald first fell in love with food with food preparation as a teenager while working at Little Rock, Arkansas "famed" LaScala & The Afterthought Restaurant. Although Chef Donald began his career as a dishwasher at this infamous establishment, in just two years he quickly moved up the ranks to Chef de Cuisine. During the next three years he was recognized for numerous award-winning dishes and that style and quality has become well recognized in the Atlanta community.
Chef Donald attended the prestigious Culinary Institute Of America in Hyde Park, New York. Upon completing his formal training, this star on the rise honed his culinary skills in the kitchens of some of the most reputed restaurants in Atlanta. After spending more than two decades in the hospitality industry, Chef Donald became the visionary behind Landon's Restuarant and Bar.
